Shelli~ Thanks again for your help. I love my new car. It's everything I was looking for. As tacky as it may sound my favorite part of my new Jetta would probably be the sun roof or the heated seats. It's hard to decide because overall I like everything about the car. As far as what I would change about my interactions with you or Allen I wouldn't change anything. You both were very friendly and helped me out as much as I hoped you could.

I want to tell you how I am impressed again and again when I bring my VW in to your service dept. Mr. Sean Murphy has always extended himself and made sure that my car is fixed in a timely manner, no matter what the issue. He also helps me watch my budget by discussing the issue with me at length. As a woman that is important as I am not that knowledgeable about cars. Prior to purchasing this VW, I owned cars from other big companies and never received this great car care. I do actually feel very cared for and can trust the care my car receives. Trust is key, and these days it can be difficult to find a car repair company to trust.
