Volkswagen Dealer in Kansas City

Serving Kansas City, Missouri

Volkswagen Dealer Near Kansas City, MO

We are on 103rd Street between Wornall and State Line, about fifteen minutes south of the Plaza and one exit off I-435.

If you grew up around here you already know the block. We sit on 103rd just west of Wornall, a few doors down from our sister store, and we have been part of the Molle Automotive Group for years. That matters more than it sounds like it does. When the Volkswagen you want is not on our lot, there is a good chance one of our sibling stores has the trade-in you are actually after, and we can move it over instead of telling you to check back next week.

Most of our customers come from a pretty tight radius. Brookside, Waldo, Red Bridge, Martin City and the neighborhoods off Wornall and Holmes are all inside a fifteen minute drive. Plenty of folks come up from Belton and Grandview on 71, and a lot cross State Line from Leawood and Prairie Village because we are honestly closer than most of the Kansas stores.

What we hear over and over is that people want the back and forth to stop. So we put pricing on the vehicle, we will send you a walkaround video if you cannot get here before we close, and if the numbers do not work we will tell you instead of walking to the back one more time.

New Volkswagen models for sale in Kansas City

A quick honest read on how these move around here, because the right car for a Johnson County commute is not always the right car if you are parking on the street in Westport.

Used Volkswagen in Kansas City

One thing worth knowing if you are shopping used in this market: check the undercarriage. A car that has spent ten winters getting salted on I-435 and 71 wears differently than the same year and mileage out of Texas. We put every vehicle on a lift before it hits the line, and we will happily put one you are considering back on the rack so you can look at it yourself.

Volkswagen Lease Deals in Kansas City

Leasing makes sense for a lot of people here, especially if you put predictable highway miles on a commute and would rather not own a car through two Missouri winters of road salt. Every offer we post shows the term, the mileage allowance, the amount due at signing and the date it expires. If a payment looks too good somewhere else, it is usually because the down payment got left out. Ask us to run the same car both ways and we will show you the buy and the lease side by side.

Volkswagen Service in Kansas City

Our techs are factory trained on Volkswagen specifically, and the shop is open Saturdays because nobody wants to burn a PTO day on an oil change.

A few things we end up telling Kansas City drivers every year, so you may as well hear them now. Salt season runs roughly December through February and the undercarriage rinse is worth more than the shiny wash. The freeze and thaw cycle tears up Wornall, Holmes and Broadway by March, so if your steering wheel starts shaking after pothole season, that is usually a bent wheel or a knocked alignment rather than your imagination. And our July heat is harder on batteries than the cold is, which is why we test them free at every visit.

Questions We Get

Do I have to buy from you to get my Volkswagen serviced here?

No. We service any Volkswagen no matter where it was purchased, including cars people brought with them when they moved to Kansas City. Warranty and recall work gets handled here too.

Where exactly are you, and what is the easiest way in?

808 W 103rd Street, on the south side of 103rd between Wornall and State Line. Coming from the highway, take I-435 to the Wornall exit and head north a few blocks. From the Plaza it is a straight shot south on Wornall with no highway at all.

I live in Kansas. Does buying in Missouri complicate the paperwork?

Not really. We sell across State Line every week and handle Kansas title and registration routinely. Your sales tax is calculated for where you live, not where the dealership sits.

Can I service an ID.4 or another electric Volkswagen at your shop?

Yes. Our technicians hold the Volkswagen high voltage certification, which most independent shops in the metro do not. Battery diagnostics, charging faults and software updates all get handled in house. [CONFIRM this is accurate for your current tech roster before publishing.]

Do you have loaner cars while my vehicle is in the shop?

[CONFIRM your loaner and shuttle policy, including how far the shuttle runs.] Ask when you book so we can hold one for you rather than sorting it out the morning of.

How long does the buying process usually take?

If you are financing and filled out the credit application ahead of time, most people are in and out in about ninety minutes. Walking in cold on a busy Saturday afternoon, plan on longer.

Do you work with all credit situations?

We work with a long list of lenders, including credit unions a lot of Kansas City folks already bank with. First car, rough credit, upside down on a current loan, we have seen all of it. Apply online and we will call you with real numbers rather than a teaser rate.
